Comments of envelope and shipping bag paper manufacturers on business development on the German market and deliveries in the first quarter of 2015 once again vary, as in the last quarter of 2014. One manufacturer reports that the year started on a very strong note in January and that by the end of the first quarter/start of the second quarter he is "overbooked”. There were also less cheerful voices which claimed that the market was only "trundling along” and that therefore production stoppages needed to be carried out.
