According to suppliers and converters on the Polish cartonboard market, the new year got off to a "surprisingly” good to very good start. Respondents often said that demand had picked up quickly again at the beginning of 2015. The overall mood of most players was cautiously optimistic and they were usually satisfied with the previous year’s results in Poland. Despite good activity levels, the situation was not hectic, said market participants in Poland.
