Brisk demand from Polish paper mills coincided with ample supply of mass grades on Poland’s recovered paper market over the past few weeks.There was neither a surplus nor a shortage of recovered paper, according to market players. Supermarket
paper and board was especially sought-after. Polish manufacturers of recycled packaging paper will not idle their machines over the holidays. Transportation, however, will be very restricted during the
two-week period from Christmas to Epiphany, buyers and sellers alike agreed.
