GC board was still sought-after on the British market in November.
Insiders reported that a few suppliers’ lead times for GC II were still longer than normal at up to 10 weeks. Others quoted six to eight weeks for qualities made in Nordic countries.
Experts suspected that the mark-ups announced for 2018 were spurring what was already good demand right now.
However, sources generally thought that higher prices would take hold at the start of next year, with most market players still discussing the amount.
