Mixed paper is abundantly available and waste management companies are having a really hard time finding buyers, especially for material from household collections. However, many prices were the same as in January.
The situation is a little more relaxed for OCC. Supply was plentiful in February, too, but the situation was not quite as hopeless as for mixed paper.
