The enormous supply of recovered paper had led to another round of price reductions affecting almost all grades in France.
The situation was described as especially problematic for the ordinary and deinking grades.
Recovered paper merchants were having major difficulties finding takers for these materials. But the higher grades experienced price declines as well.
