Label paper manufacturers are reporting very good order books at the end of July. “We are running at full capacity,” one producer

Lead times reportedly last between six to eight weeks for all grades. Prices did not budge in the second quarter, either. Even though an Austrian manufacturer announced
plans to tack on 5-8% from 1 April, these mark-ups had no effect given the large number of long-term contracts typically lasting six months or even the entire year.
