The surge in call-offs on the German label paper market which started in March also continued in April and May.
Producers benefited from the exceptionally high demand, especially in the food and pharmaceutical industries, triggered by the coronavirus crisis. Things only started to quiet down as of mid-June. Since then, demand has picked up again, EUWID was told. Delivery times have become shorter and currently range between 2 and 4 weeks.
