Demand for brown and bleached kraft paper for bags remains brisk, according to EUWID sources.
Industry experts said that one reason for this is generally strong economy growth in Germany.
What is more, the market is benefiting from discussions about replacing plastic with paper. Another factor is strong international demand for MG kraft paper for bag applications, which was making itself felt in Germany too.
