Concerns about a recession in the upcoming fourth quarter, the unchanged decline in consumer spending and continuously rising inflation rates are weighing on demand from converters. As a result, orders received by polymer producers, distributors and traders were poor. At the same time, the available supply was high and the warehouses along the supply chain were well stocked....
