At the end of March, manufacturers and converters in the PET market told EUWID that demand was stable at a low level, albeit better than it had been at this point last year. One converter said that customers were currently restocking their warehouses in preparation for the beverage season. Around Easter, business with small containers in particular was booming, as people were travelling more during the holidays. However, the economy was still not as good as respondents would like.
