Producers say they are almost out of stock and occasionally are forced to allocate the ordered volumes. Some orders have been pushed to the following month. EUWID respondents say demand is being met but that no additional volumes are available. Converters say that the necessary volumes are available as long as advance planning is sound. The plants of the interviewed suppliers are operating to capacity.
