The French packaging paper market:
Recycled CCM gearing up for possible price reductions

04 Oct 2019 −

In September, prices for brown and white recycled corrugated case material in France were usually unchanged from the previous month, thus continuing the sideways trend of recent months.

This stability could come to an end with the October deliveries, though, since in the final week of September producers and buyers were in talks discussing price reductions.

There is also growing price pressure again on the market for kraftliner.

This is an excerpt from EUWID's monthly report on the French paper and board market. The EUWID Price Watch for September together with the complete report were published in EUWID Packaging Markets 20/2019.
