New year did not kick off the same for producers

Even though the fourth quarter is normally the peak season for envelope and shipping bag paper, not all of the manufacturers were equally busy in the final three months of 2016.

The New Year did not kick off the same for everyone, either.

The only movement in prices affected 80 g white woodfree envelope paper in the fourth quarter.
