The German PET market:
December prices pointing upwards amid sound business

05 Jan 2018 −

In December PET converters were not witnessing any shortage of materials.

However, EUWID was told that this could change in the near future due to various restrictions.

Even if the beverage season was long over, the looming holidays were boosting the order levels of some suppliers and converters.

After the prices had hardly changed in November, quotes were displaying an upward trend in December.

This is an excerpt from EUWID's bimonthly report on the German PET market. The EUWID Price Watch PET for December together with the complete report will be published in EUWID Packaging Markets 1/2018.
