The German PET market:
Prices calmer in October following significant upturn

02 Nov 2018 −

In October, the PET industry in Germany was looking back on a long, strong sales season, been marked by converter concerns due to rather tight supply.

PET has become more available in recent weeks after the supply bottlenecks of the summer. Converters had sufficient contract volumes, despite the prices being rather steep.
