The German plastic packaging market:
IBC production costs on the rise

Most suppliers of plastic packaging interviewed by EUWID say plastics are currently readily available.

Individual producers may experience the occasional supply bottleneck but availability is not problematic in principle. Plastic converters want to avoid a repeat of the situation from two years ago by finding additional suppliers outside of Europe.

In terms of costs, companies have been hit by rising plastic quotes.
