The German tinplate packaging market:
Most converters anticipate stable tinplate prices

Many of the packaging and cap suppliers interviewed by EUWID are anticipating stable prices next year, both for the upstream material as well as for their own products.

However, one tinplate supplier wants concrete mark-ups as of 1 January 2020.

In the last week of October or first week of November many manufacturers of packaging and caps made of tinplate had only just started their price and contract negotiations with suppliers for the coming year.
