Slight decline in fillings of aerosol cans in France

The number of aerosol cans filled in France last year fell by 1.2% to a total of 688m units compared to 2018.

According to the French industry association CFA (Comité Français des Aérosols), Paris, the first half of 2019 was already characterised by a slow start to the year, so that a slight decline in fillings was already expected for the year as a whole. According to the association, the decline was registered in the personal care and household segments, while other segments were showing growth.
