On 5 January 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce determined definitive anti-dumping duties on imports of tinplate products from China, Canada, South Korea and Germany into the USA. These final measures follow the preliminary anti-dumping duties on three of these countries announced by the Department on 17 August 2023. South Korea was not affected at that time, but according to the Ministry, a Korean company submitted corrections during the investigation that led to a change in the dumping calculations and a final determination of dumping....
